The apartment is located in the 'Gardesana Active Apartments' run by the Monaci family since 1977. It is located in the centre of Malcesine with private parking only 100 metres away. The property is strategically located: in just a few steps you are already in the old town centre, the harbour, the beaches, the long cycle path that runs along the lake for 30km and the Funivia-Monte Baldo cable car. Carolina and Pietro Monaci have wished to reflect their passion for outdoor sport in each flat and to offer their guests various types of flats, from small to large. The price also includes bike rental (also for children), bike and E-bike storage (indoors or outdoors with key), wifi and air conditioning, heating, a fully equipped kitchen, bed linen and towels. Animals are welcome.

Elegant, comfortable, spacious: the strong point of this cozy apartment is the large 23sqm terrace: equipped with table, chairs, umbrellas, deck chairs, it prefers the view of the historic center and the Scaligero castle. Both the living room with kitchen and the bedroom have a large glass door leading to the terrace. In the morning you can enjoy breakfast in relaxation (I remind you of the excellent cappuccino at the Active Bar) while observing the awakening of the day. Upon entering the apartment, the living room / kitchen will welcome you: equipped for your stay, it has a microwave oven and a large table with satellite TV. The sofa can be transformed into a bunk bed or a single bed, to best accommodate a large family. The bedroom has a double bed (or two beds) and a bunk bed (or single): large and comfortable, it is equipped with a safe and duvet sheets. If you stay longer than 14 days, the apartment will be cleaned with a change of sheets and towels. The large and elegant bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet, hairdryer. The price includes 2 towels per person (face and shower): if you stay longer than 8 days, the towels will be changed. The apartment is dedicated to Carolina, manager of the apartments: Nordic Walking (walking with sticks) is her favorite discipline. As a professional and ultra-marathoner of the desert, he wanted to paint the apartment orange like the sand of his first desert he braved, the Sahara.
