This pretty building has been renovated and tastefully decorated, its stay is very pleasant and relaxing. The distribution is done on two floors. The main entrance on the first floor gives us direct access to the living space. The open kitchen is modern and bright, with everything you need to prepare meals in a friendly and practical atmosphere with direct access to the living-dining room. A table and chairs as well as a comfortable sofa furnish the room with a television for a moment of relaxation. Two bedrooms are on this floor, with double beds and a bathroom with showers. Finally a terrace with a magnificent view of the sea. We access the lower floor through the garden. A living room with a sofa and a wardrobe as well as a television, a bathroom and a bedroom
with a double bed furnish this completely independent apartment. The decoration is refined, with a vintage and refreshing touch.

EXTERIOR: A wide entrance welcomes us to the villa SAVINA. A round table with chairs, sheltered by a pergola with a very nice view of the sea, ideal for sharing meals. Located near the kitchen, it facilitates the logistics to enjoy meals outside with ease. Stairs go around the house and take us to the swimming pool. A very pleasant chill out to share a cold drink. On our right, a place to park a vehicle. Surrounded by sun loungers, for a sun break and enjoying the Mediterranean climate. The villa offers different possibilities and possible combinations to enjoy the outdoors, playful moments, gastronomy and relaxation.

LOCATION: Its location is ideal, located in a quiet street, in a calm and serene place. The villa is also within walking distance of restaurants, amenities and services in the pretty village of Moraira.
