Villa Bruce is a 3 bedrooms property with a fantastic sea view, located in Tamariu, just 600 meters from cove of Aigua Gelida, it is an incredible venue for an unforgettably holiday in Costa Brava with the friends and the family, it can accommodate 6 person.

The house is in a privileged position, really private, the space outside hosts the panoramic swimming pool where to admire the Mediterranean sea, a terrace with lounge chairs, for relaxing moments in the sunny days, beautiful terraces with chill areas and dining space with table and chairs, from where to admire the incredible sunsets with an aperitif, the guests will find also a barbecue.

Just few steps or a ramp, up we arrive at the main floor, we are welcome from a terrace overlooking the pool and the surrounding, we enter in the bright living room, with a rounded wall which involve you in the magical atmosphere that comes from the outside views, there are cozy sofas, the fireplace, TV and the dining area with table and chairs.
In a separated room the equipped kitchen where to prepare tasty meals for everybody.
Complete the ground floor two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, they share the bathroom and have a unique sea and garden view.
On the first floor another room with private bathroom, one double bed and a private panoramic terrace with a fantastic view on the sea and the garden.

Villa Bruce offers to its guests all the comfort for a perfect stay in Costa Brava, such as the wi fi connection, air conditioning, the private parking space, for 2 or 3 cars, and the proximity to the sea, reachable in 5 minutes on foot.



Rental rules
A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval
Smoking is not allowed inside the house
No Safety fence around the pool
Pool has no swimming guard
Children welcome
The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
