The Space:
Upon entering the spacious hall you immediately find the 2 bedrooms with double bed on your left.
From both bedrooms you have access to the balcony with bistro table.
Further down the hall you also have the spacious bathroom, fully equipped with double sink and walk-in shower. There is also a separate toilet.
Finally, you enter the very spacious and bright living area. Here you have a fully equipped kitchen. Connected to the kitchen is a storage room with washing machine. There is a nice dining area with 6 seats. There is also a cosy sitting area with sofa bed.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the accommodation and facilities.

Other Things to Note:
PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of € 300. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the final price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

OTHER:
Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
