THE HOUSE

Four levels of truly opulent luxury await you in this large and beautifully presented 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom house. It's the ideal choice for a large family or perhaps for friends or colleagues looking for elegant, well appointed accommodation in London. Let's briefly explore each level of bright and welcoming living space that awaits you in this exceptional home-from-home:

GROUND FLOOR

The incredible quality and attractive design of this 5 bedroom house is established immediately in the welcoming entrance hall. To the right, a living room with an expansive leather sofa opposite a pair of armchairs, all joined by a flat screen TV and woodburning fireplace, ensuring this space stays supremely comfortable whatever time of year you're visiting.

Pass the drinks cabinet where your favourite tipple can be served from one of the decanters (perhaps to round off another wonderful day) and you move into the kitchen and dining area. Sky lights and floor to ceiling patio doors ensure here's a space that benefits from plenty of natural light. You have options when it comes to deciding where to eat - perhaps you'll grab breakfast at the kitchen island, enjoy snacks at the adjacent table and take your main meals at the dining table. It's entirely up to you. Wherever you choose, the food you enjoy can be prepared in the large kitchen, with its quality appliances, countertops and full set of cutlery and cookware ensuring you have all you need to prepare deliciousness meal after meal.



Also in this space, another sofa offering up great views of the wall-mounted TV, a great place to relax while you're waiting for your meals to cook perhaps? Back out in the entrance hallway, you'll discover the convenience of a cloakroom with WC and wash basin.



THE GARDEN

You can also use this space for relaxation by letting the giant beanbag swallow you up or kicking back on the sofa and armchairs.



There's yet more to enjoy on this level, aside from the basement garden space, the bright red laundry room with washing machine and dryer, and the shelves lined with books that you're welcome to browse. Because down here is the first of this home's five bedrooms, featuring a double bed, table and chairs, bureau and chair, and access to outside space. THE FIRST FLOOR

The main staircase sweeps you up from the entrance hall to the first floor, with a white tiled bathroom first on the right offering up yet another space to freshen up in style. Beyond is a bedroom ideal for children, with a single bed and pull out trundle bed, offering the opportunity for younger guests to rest and play in comfort and style. The presence of a cot shows that even the youngest of guests are welcome here.



At the front end of this floor is the master bedroom suite with its SuperKing bed and dressing table. Stand out features of this space include the walk-in wardrobe which leads into the ensuite bathroom with its freestanding bath tub and separate shower, for the ultimate in luxury. The suite also gives you access to the balcony which overlooks the front of the house, so you can throw open the doors every morning and welcome in the new day.



THE SECOND (TOP) FLOOR

Last, but far from least, you have the top floor to explore. And it's here you'll find two more bedrooms, one with a single bed among the eaves, and the fifth bedroom with its double bed and ensuite shower room. As if there weren't enough places to relax and refresh, there's yet another bathroom on this floor with a tub and shower.



PARKING

Free parking spaces in this area of London really are at a premium. But when you stay here, you get two off-street spaces right outside this bright and welcoming house, so whether you arrive via your own car, a hire car or a taxi, you can pull up by your front door and just be a few paces away from getting inside.

THE LOCAL AREA

This superior 5 bedroom Fulham home is situated on an attractive avenue just a stone's throw from the north bank of the River Thames. You truly are spoilt for choice for things to do in the local area. Why not take a walk over Putney Bridge to explore the shops, bars and restaurants of Putney High Street?

You also have the King's Road in the opposite direction, an iconic strip of boutiques that still proves alluring for visitors and locals alike.

For green and open spaces, you have Hurlingham Park and Bishop's Park, while just a short walk away is Craven Cottage, the home of Fulham FC who have a recently opened impressive looking new stand right by the river.



GETTING AROUND

The nearest London Underground station is the shortest of short walks away from the house. Putney Bridge is served by District Line trains which run south to Wimbledon, where there are more shops, bars, restaurants and a major theatre. Another stop is Southfields, the best place to disembark if you're heading to the tennis at the club in SW19!



In the opposite direction, the tube line will take you to Fulham Broadway (for Stamford Bridge, the home of Chelsea FC), Earl's Court, Notting Hill, Sloane Square, Westminster and The City. You can also use taxis and buses, and because there are spaces for two cars to park outside the house, driving here is also an option - quite a rarity for homes this close to Central London.
