We are located in Trabia, a delightful little town in the province of Palermo. The house is just a few meters from the little beach in front of the small marina of Trabia.
The pleasure of reaching the sea without having to use the car, we are 30 meters from the beach, will make you fully enjoy your vacation.
The small beach is free and can be used free of charge.
The Skyline enjoyed by bathing or sunbathing is enriched by the view of the prestigious castle of Trabia, which belonged to the Lanza family and is now privately owned.

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE
You will have at your disposal a large living room, with a dining area a relaxation area and a work area, equipped kitchen with induction hob, electric oven and microwave, refrigerator and freezer, a bathroom with shower equipped with hairdryer, electric water heater, washing machine, iron and ironing board, two bedrooms, one double and one twin. Also the house is equipped with wifi, air conditioning in the living area and ceiling fans in the two bedrooms
You can enjoy an outdoor area in front of the house, equipped with table and chairs, deckchairs and surrounded by greenery, where you can have lunch and dinner in absolute relaxation.
Free parking in the spaces surrounding the house.

The consumption of electricity included in the price will be equal to 100 kw per week, the surplus will be calculated, based on data collected by a count kw of which the house is equipped, at a cost of 0.30 €/kw .

A 5/7 min walk takes you to the center of Trabia where you can find the supermarket, pharmacy, gas station, bakery, fruit and vegetable store, ATM.
In 10 min walk you can reach the train station.

TO VISIT.
We are located halfway between Cefalù (39 km), set of the international series The White Lotus, and Palermo (34 km). On the way to the two destinations you can visit the museum of Himera, direction Cefalù, the archaeological site of Solunto, direction Palermo. In 40 minutes you can reach the Madonite village of Castelbuono (60 km), with its culinary excellence, and in 20 Min the village of Caccamo (15 km), the two villages offer the possibility of visiting the two beautiful castles.
