The entrance is on street level and via the main entrance you will enter the hallway with access to the kitchen area, living room, bathroom and bedrooms with wardrobe.

You will enter a nicely furnished living room with a large ding table and large sofa with canal view and direct access to the spacious terrace.

Further there a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Free Wi-Fi access is available.

From the hallway you may also enter a separate bathroom with double sink, shower with shower and toilet.

This luxury Houseboat-Apartment features a King-size bed at the main bedroom and a second bedroom with a single adjustable bed.

The Houseboat-Apartment is only a 8 minutes walking distance from the Central Train Station and with very good train connections to - from Amsterdam Airport.

There are several large parking garages with competitive rates in this area.

There are tram-bus stops around the corner with connections to most places of interest in Amsterdam.

The host or related property manager of the property will contact you directly to arrange check-in. Please note that late check-in after 8 pm, in consultation with your host, may be possible at an extra cost of EUR 30. Late check-in after 10 pm is on request.

A security deposit of EUR 300 is required for incidentals.
Procedure: After receiving the final reservation confirmation, the payment details are stored but not charged or authorized for the deposit unless the host makes a claim.

The host has 14 days from your checkout date to make a claim on the deposit for damages to their property. Depending on the extent of the damage, the amount the host asks may or may not be the same as the deposit.
