The interior of the apartment is designed to provide you with a comfortable and relaxing stay. It features a cozy bedroom with a double bed, ensuring a good night's rest. The living-dining area includes a comfortable sofa bed for two additional guests. The bathroom comes with a shower, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city.

In the fully equipped kitchen, you'll find everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. You can also enjoy the television and mini hi-fi system for relaxation during your downtime. And, of course, to stay connected, you'll have access to internet via WiFi.

Our apartment boasts a simple and functional decor, creating a cozy and pleasant atmosphere for your stay. We've also thought of all the details to make you feel at home, including air conditioning and all necessary amenities for a comfortable experience.

Please note that access to the apartment is via stairs, as it is located on the first floor without an elevator. However, the privileged location more than makes up for it, as you'll be just a 15-minute walk from the train and bus station, and only a 5-minute taxi ride away.

Surrounding the apartment, you'll find iconic landmarks such as the Oratorio de San Felipe Neri, where the Spanish Constitution of 1812 was signed, the archaeological museum, and the Tavira Tower. You'll also be close to the vibrant Zorrilla street, filled with bars and restaurants, and just a stone's throw away from the beautiful Caleta Beach.

To maintain a peaceful and respectful atmosphere in the building, smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment. We also kindly ask that you avoid organizing parties and causing disturbances to the neighbors, ensuring a pleasant stay for everyone.

Access to the apartment is available between 15:00 and 20:00 hours through a smart lock, which can be easily operated with your smartphone.
