The living areas in this first-floor barn conversion consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV, and a dining room. The bedrooms consist of a double, and a double with zip/link features, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is off-road parking for one car. This is a smoke-free home. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 0.3 miles and a pub in 0.1 miles. For a characterful base in Derbyshire, book Tithe Barn. Note: There is a coffee van, tea rooms and several shops on the grounds. Note: The living spaces are accessed via a flight of internal stairs, unsuitable for those with limited mobility. It is 8 miles north of Swadlincote. There is much to enjoy in the village, including a lovely relaxing walk through rolling South Derbyshire countryside, starting from Melbourne’s medieval market place. Two of the county’s gems, Melbourne Hall and the Parish Church of St Michael’s, are passed in the early part of your stroll. Make the most of this attractive location all year round.
