Cozy and ancient apartment from the 1400s located in the heart of one of the most suggestive and central districts of the city.
The building is located a stone's throw from the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Piazza Venezia and the various attractions that the historic center of Rome offers. Nearby there are all the necessary services, for example: supermarkets, restaurants, coffee bars, pharmacies, tourist services and anything else that can be useful to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
In addition to the central location, proximity to historic monuments and services in the area, the apartment is also well furnished, in detail it is made up of: a welcoming, fully equipped and comfortable living area with sofa bed and fireplace, a kitchen with induction hob, washing machine and refrigerator, a mezzanine with double bed, television, air conditioning and bathroom (including all services).
The whole apartment is structured in Italian walnut wood which gives the structure a romantic and familiar look.
The building is subject to the protection of Italian cultural heritage since it was previously an ancient historic convent in the center of Rome. The street itself has very ancient origins, as evidenced by the presence in the middle of it of a spectacular arch from the Roman era (about 10 meters high), which gives its name to the homonymous street "ciambella". This is the only stretch of the ancient "Thermal Baths of Agrippa" left standing (built by Marco Vipsanio Agrippa, Augustus' son-in-law, between 25 and 19 Bc, they are the oldest public baths in Rome ).
Under the left section of the arch (donut) there is a beautiful Renaissance-style marble tabernacle with a nineteenth-century copy of the miraculous "Madonna del Rosario" particularly venerated because she performed the miracle of moving her eyes in 1796 ("this miracle being renewed for three weeks”), due to the French invasion of the Papal States.
