- To maintain cleanliness, the use of oils and creams in the Jacuzzi is prohibited.

- For your safety, a security camera is installed at the villa's entrance.

- Upon check-in, you will receive an energy-saving card attached to your apartment key. Please remove it from the holder when leaving the apartment.

**IMPORTANT**: We strive to ensure efficient energy consumption within our community, thus promoting sustainability and cost-effectiveness. As such, we kindly remind you of the normal electricity consumption limits outlined below:

* Studio: 150 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 6 KWH.
* 1 Bedroom: 200 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 8 KWH.
* 2 Bedrooms: 250 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 10 KWH.
* 3 Bedrooms: 375 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 15 KWH.
* Villa: 500 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 20 KWH.

Should your consumption exceed these limits, a charge of 0.4 EUR per extra KWH will be applied daily. This measure ensures fair usage and encourages conscientious energy practices, benefitting both our environment and your wallet.
