Gorgeous, contemporary, quiet and cosy home with stunning sea views, in a newly refurbished Edwardian house on Ramsgate's East Cliff, perched just above a beautiful stretch of beach. This is a warm, open, convivial space, suitable for families and groups in search of a true change of air.

Enjoy the kitchen, unwind in the classic cast-iron bathtub, and enjoy a 5 min stroll to the beach.
The space
One unique thing that we love about the house is the central fireplace, which makes the living and dining rooms so bright and open... add to that the tall French windows leading to the garden... it's a joyous space that exudes originality, style and warmth.
Guest access
You will have acces to the whole house.

On the ground floor is the living room, dining room and kitchen.

On the first floor up are the first double, and a single, together with the main bathroom and toilet.

And on the floor above that you have one kids room (the bunk is for smaller people under 60kg), another guest room with a single bed and a cot, and finally the fifth room which is a double.
Other things to note
In the cooler months we keep the home heated to 20 degrees C mornings and evenings (and 19 degrees C outside peak hours). We prefer not to go above this mark as this is an Edwardian property so not very energy efficient.
