Entering the villa’s ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with an indoor fireplace, and a dining area with a dining table. On the same floor, there is a shared bathroom with a shower and bathtub and a room with a washing machine and cleaning utensils.

With internal stairs, you come up to the first floor where there are two queen-size bedded rooms and two double-bedded rooms, as well as two shared bathrooms with showers.
A balcony with a sitting area can be reached from two rooms.
