Summary:
The Heim Residences are excited to welcome you to our stunning three-bedroom, three-bathroom converted mill apartment in the heart of Manchester's vibrant Ancoats neighbourhood. Spanning across two floors, The Depot is a duplex apartment boasting impeccable and colourful interior design and captivating industrial charm, offering a truly unique and luxurious stay, complete with a pool table and a fun cinema-style living space.

The Space:
This three-bedroom, three-bathroom property is perfectly located on the eastern edge of Manchester City Centre in Ancoats, just a stone’s throw away from Manchester’s iconic Northern Quarter – great for exploring all the sites this cultural city has to offer.

Spanning across two stories, this large property is the perfect space to host and bask in Manchester’s unique architecture. The lower floor, nestled below street level, embraces the charm of its basement origins, featuring original red brick interiors adorned with robust steel beams. A testament to its industrial heritage, the exposed lift shaft stands as a striking reminder of the building's storied past.

This apartment is great for both groups and families, sleeping up to 10 guests. We are a pet-friendly home! Feel free to bring along your furry friends for a small additional fee of £20 per stay – check your guest pass for more information.

CINEMA LOUNGE & GAMES ROOM
Downstairs, you will find your huge living and entertainment area, comprising of a pool table, slightly separated from a cinema-style lounge. This space features an 85-inch television (fit with an entertainment package and all the streaming and smart services one could wish for) facing a super-sized bespoke U-shaped sofa that wraps around the entirety of that portion of the room. This one-of-a-kind piece makes up three sofa beds in total. If you’d like the sofa bed(s) to be made up for you prior to your stay, please advise one of our very helpful customer service team and they will get that prepared for you for an additional cost. This will open into 3 x standard double beds and boost our guest capacity to 12 total in this property.

*Important information* - Kindly note, when maximum sofa bed capacity is set up, there will be limited space and privacy in the lounge area. This option may not be suitable or preferable for all - please reach out to us for more information prior to booking your stay.

BEDROOMS
Designed with comfort in mind, indulge in the three luxuriously appointed bedrooms, all featuring king-size beds, imported from Italy, custom blackout curtains or blinds and dressed in bespoke finishes, expertly curated by our in-house Interiors by Jacksonheim team. Each offering a unique and warm atmosphere, these tranquil spaces provide the perfect ingredients for the perfect night's sleep. Wake up feeling rejuvenated and ready to embrace the day's adventures in this exciting neighbourhood. For your convenience, we provide fresh linen and towels for each guest, as well as luxury toiletries.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA
The large, fully equipped kitchen is a dream come true. Prepare delicious meals with ease, utilising the ample quartz worktop space and modern appliances. Whether you're a seasoned chef, an aspiring home cook, or simply want to serve up a takeaway from one of the many local eateries right outside your front door… this kitchen offers everything you need to enjoy the perfect meal. The large kitchen island and seating area face a ten-seater dining table, the person-centred piece to this inviting and social space.

BATHROOMS
You’ll find three sizeable bathrooms, two of which are ensuites, meticulously designed to offer both style and functionality. Indulge in a luxurious soak in the bathtub or enjoy the large walk-in shower after a day of exploration, or a night on the town.

ACCESSIBILITY
This apartment is located on the ground floor with stairs to access the lower floor. For those with mobility considerations, kindly note there is no elevator in the apartment.

PARKING
There is a public car park located right next door to the building, with prices from £8.20 for 24 hours (prices may vary).

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the whole apartment. If you are staying for multiple nights, you may need to take the waste out to the waste deposit area - details of how to access this can also be found in your Guest Pass.

The Neighborhood:
When you walk out the front door, you will be in the heart of Manchester's Ancoats. You are never more than 2 minutes from a bar, restaurant or grocery store.

Getting Around:
There is a public pay and display car park conveniently located right next door to the building, with prices from £8.20 for 24 hours (prices may vary). You can park free of charge on the street in designated bays, between the hours of 20:00 and 08:00. The full address of this car park is as follows: Euro Car Parks Limited, Cable Street, Northern Quarter, Manchester, M4 5EQ. You will never be stuck for a place to park your car(s).

Other Things to Note:
In order to protect both the property and our guests, all guests are required to complete the MANDATORY deposit hold on our guest pass, powered by Enso Connect. The deposit hold places a £250 authorisation hold on a card of your choosing. No monies are taken from your card unless any damages are caused during your stay or additional fees are incurred during your stay. This could be for things like late check-out and other services, extra guests, and/or extra nights.

Please ensure these are completed prior to your stay as guests will not be able to access the apartments until your Enso verification and deposit hold is complete.
