A spacious large studio, centrally located, just 250m away from the beach. Separate entrance (3rd floor, elevator), private balcony, double bed, small kitchenette (newly installed), bathroom and shower. Large flat screen cable TV and wifi. Enjoy a quiet and green neighborhood, with easy access to all local sites, coffee shops and shopping area. Relaxing views and friendly surroundings! Access to public transportation only a 2 min walk away.

One large Studio room for single/double use in our house. The room has one double bed, and a sofa, closet space, A/C, Wifi, flatscreen smart TV, private entrance and private balcony with sea-view. It is on the third floor overlooking a green area and it is accessible by stairs. The studio has it's own bathroom where we provide towels as well as free toiletries (shower gel, shampoo). The Studio has it's own private balcony with chairs and table, overlooking a green area with Sea view.
Guests have a kitchenette in the studio, equipped with a fridge with freezer, a cooking utensils, and cooking stove (no oven). Guests staying for over 6 days may use our washing machine once a week.

Access to an organized beach with sunbeds/umbrellas only 150 meters away.

We are "limassolians" and will be glad to assist our guests to find their way around Limassol, book excursions, suggest restaurants and bars as well as other places of interest.

This is a quiet and safe neighborhood but right in the center of town. We are only a few steps from the beach, and the Limassol Seafront walking path, and at the end of our street is the public Municipal Garden of Limassol and the Archaeological Museum. On the other end of our street, just around the corner you will find cozy coffee shops, restaurants, a supermarket, a fruit market, a pharmacy as well as a nice shopping area.
A seafront walk of about 15 minutes will take you to the "old town" and to the Castle, as well as to various bars and nightlife activities.

If you chose public transportation to get around there are two bus stops in immediate proximity to the house that will take you either to the City Center, or to the Limassol Mall, the Castle, or to other beaches in the area.
