Welcome travelers! Our lovely 1BR home in Gzira invites you to a comfortable and convenient stay.

This well designed space is ideal for couples or small groups, with a sofa bed for added flexibility. Enjoy the convenience of high-speed Wi-Fi and Air conditioning during your visit to this vibrant part of Malta.

Upon entering the apartment, our guests are welcomed with a lovely spacious interior with a fully equipped kitchen and a super comfy sofa. The bedroom is also equipped with an ensuite.

WIFI and Air-conditioning.

Kitchen| The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for cooking and dining. Modern appliances and ample counter space make meal preparation a breeze.

Living area| Enjoy a spacious living area with abundant natural light, courtesy of large windows. The comfortable sofa doubles as a sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space for guests.

Bedrooms| The apartment features one spacious double bedroom, perfect for a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the city. For over and above 2 guests, we will open the double sofa bed and give you extra linens and towels.

Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide is of the highest of quality.

Bathrooms| The bathroom, conveniently designed as an ensuite, ensures privacy and convenience for all guests.

Please note: If Sofabed will be used for the extra guests, linens and towels are also provided.

Buses: Malta's public bus system is extensive and accessible. Gzira is well-served by numerous bus routes that connect you to other towns and attractions across the island. You can purchase tickets on the bus or use a contactless card for ease of travel.

2. Ferries:

Gzira offers easy access to the Valletta Waterfront and Sliema through regular ferry services. This scenic mode of transportation not only connects you to these popular destinations but also provides picturesque views of the Grand Harbour.

3. Walking:

1. For over and above 3-week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbors, especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rules can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During the lovely and summer season, although we do sanitize, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early check-in, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Check-ins are done or by one of our team or by self check-in where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedules are given at the check-in and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WhatsUp group with all the persons involved there so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

9. No additional guests who is not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
