This apartment is at the famous Oaklands Apartment Complex in Kingston. It is on block H which is one of the quieter blocks as it is further in the complex. Oaklands is centrally located and is less than 5 minutes drive from Half Way Tree and about 10 minutes from Downtown Kingston. The complex boasts a plaza on entry with restaurants bars doctor's office and more. This apartment is ideal for people spending a few days in Kingston. An apartment with all necessary amenities.
The apartment is on the bottom floor of the building, so there is no need to use the elevator or climb the stairs.
The space is compact but very comfortable. There is the living area which holds a large couch and two single seaters, with coffee table and large TV. The kitchen is next with all you need. Microwave, stove, fridge, kettle, garbage bin etc... There is a small bar top between the kitchen and living, it seats two people comfortably with adjustable swivel chairs. This is the perfect area for eating or working on your laptop. There is also a wall phone beside the bar top which is used to buzz in guests at the building entrance door
Moving further in there is a closet, I left a few hangers in there for you to use. In there you may find the iron, ironing board and bedroom if you need to sweep up anything.
Across from the closet is the bedroom, which is actually spacious. In the bedroom is a very comfortable queen sized bed, a large dresser for storing clothes if necessary, a wash basket. There is one bedside table in the room with a lamp. The bedroom also has an air conditioning unit for your comfort.
Finally inside the apartment is the bathroom. A waste bin is also in the bathroom.
As for the complex, there is always parking available. Parking is free and very close to the building. There is a washroom on the third floor of the building, you will have to buy tokens to use that facility.
To dispose of garbage if necessary you will need to go to the second floor and use the chute.
