Summary:
This impressive 2 bedroom duplex apartment in the heart of Liverpool's trendy Baltic Triangle district is a short walk to all of Liverpool's central attractions. Wake up with a fresh cup of coffee and take in the stunning urban views as you tower above the city.

Super cheap parking available around 5 minutes walk away at King Park. Just £20 for up to 5 days. Complimentary wifi with a dedicated guest team on hand 9am - 9pm to assist you throughout your stay.

The Space:
This trendy apartment has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Sleeping up to 8 guests with two super comfy full mattress sofa beds in the Living Space. With access to a private balcony space to make the most of the stunning views over Liverpool!

The bright & spacious living space is a perfect hub for you and your group to relax during your stay. With panoramic views of the city, the living room is equipped with a large flat screen tv. Both bedrooms are also fitted with smart TV's for the nights that you want to sit back and watch your favourite shows in bed.

There is a lovely dining space adjacent to the well-equipped kitchen, perfect for your morning rituals and set up for home cooked meals so you can still experience the taste of home when you are away.

Please note this apartment is located in a residential building and is not suitable for louder groups/stays. Hen & Stag groups are not allowed, if these house rules are not respected there will be extra charges for breaking house rules.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners so that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a Damage Waiver (subject to an administration charge), or to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive private access to the entire apartment for the duration of their stay. With a private terrace areas accessible to enjoy the stunning views!

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located just outside of Liverpool's centre within the trendy Baltic Triangle. This area is blessed with some of Liverpool's best bars, restaurants and attractions. If you go for a little stroll, you will find yourself coming across the Love Lane Brewery, home to some of Liverpool's best home made beers. If beers aren't your taste, then you may enjoy a trip to Manifest wine bar and restaurant, best known for its five star service and wide selection of wines!

If you want to delve into some of the culture that makes Liverpool so vibrant, you can also find our famous China Town just a stone's throw from the apartment itself. Liverpool's China Town is filled with brilliant restaurants and shops that help you experience another culture with a warm welcome.

The Baltic Triangle is also home to some of Liverpool's best within the music scene, with venues dotted throughout hosting a variety of shows, including the famous Bongo's Bingo!

Getting Around:
The apartment is about a 15 minute walk from Liverpool's central attractions including the famous Liverpool one shopping centre and the Albert dock tourism spot.

Regular buses are also available from this area into the centre of town.

Although the property does not come with parking, it is generally easy to find free on-road parking along Stanhope Street. For a local, secure car park we would recommend:

The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Baltic Triangle - Go Local that is about 4 minute walk. This is located at 46 St James St, Liverpool L1 0AB.

The store is open from 07:00 - 00:00 everyday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.

We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.

The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The apartment is on the 9th floor.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.

Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at:
8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L15AQ.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
