Check-in ends at 20:00 and is free for you. After that it is an extra service by payment to be agreed directly with the local provider: subject to availability, prices range from 20 to 70 Euros, must necessarily be agreed in advance

• pollution and waste reduction: if no special requirement is sent, the beds will be prepared only for the number of the places indicated in the rental; all special requirements must be received at least 3 days before arriving - according to the Italian law (D.P.R. n. 412 1993 for the Venice area) heating may be on from October 15th until April 15th (between 05:00 am and 11:00 pm) and the temperature can’t be regulated over 20 Celsius degrees (=68 Fahrenheit degrees); air conditioning (if available) can be on only from June 6th to September 3rd
