Enjoy a relaxing stay in our 32m2 apartment in Le Barcarès! Spend amazing days soaking up the sun in southern France while jetskiing on the gorgeous blue waters, strolling through the lovely city, or biking in the scenic countryside to local wineries. Ideally located only 50m from the shops, and 1.5 km from the beach, our space is the perfect base for your next sunny escape! In the evening, find a delicious restaurant and enjoy a tasty meal before returning to your cozy space to unwind. Our lovely space accommodates up to 4 adults and 1 child under 12 years old!

Our apartment has 1 BEDROOM with 1 Double bed. You'll find a Sofa bed for 1 person and a Trundle bed for 2 people in the living room which can accommodate additional guests. We'll provide you with bed linens for free.

Get ready in our 1 BATHROOM. We'll provide you with towels.

After exploring the area, retreat to our comfortable LIVING SPACE. Curl up on the sofa and enjoy your favourite shows on our TV. In the early evening, step out onto the private terrace and enjoy the fresh air.

Prepare a snack in the KITCHENETTE, which has a microwave and a dishwasher.

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at Résidence Catalana where our apartment is conveniently located, including access to the shared outdoor pool and a bakery service. If you're travelling by car, we've got you covered with free outdoor parking available on-site (1 space/apartment).

If you'd like to bring a pet, please let us know when booking and we may be able to accommodate them for an additional charge of €7/night for short stays and €39 for long stays. The properties here are individually decorated, so there can be some differences in the decor and furniture layout from one condo to the next, but all are finished to a great standard! If you have a specific request, please inform our team upon booking and we will be happy to add a request to your reservation.

Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €400 and a small daily tourist tax charged per person. Guests are requested to clean their units prior to departure or an end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchenette) will be provided for an additional fee of €55. Included for short stays!

LOCAL FAVOURITES

Visit the historic Salses Fortress, a red-brick fortress built to guard the French/Spanish border, a 22 minute drive away. Enjoy a tasty meal at L'Art de Vivre, a 5-minute walk away. Go for a scenic stroll down Place de la Martinique. Rent jetskis from Randojet 66 and spend a day on the water!

• The shared outdoor pool is unheated and is open from June 29th until the end of September (weather dependent). There is a heated pool 200m away
