Well-located and renovated cottage located just about 150 meters from the North Sea and the child-friendly beach at Thyborøn. The house appears bright and inviting and is practically furnished with an open kitchen / living room. The living room offers modern furniture, free internet and a flat-screen TV. As well as a dining area. On the ground floor you will find a modern kitchen which i.a. offers ceramic hobs, dishwasher and fridge / freezer with 60 liter freezing capacity. There is a bright bathroom with a bathing area, shower and underfloor heating. In the utility room there is a washer and dryer. The house is also an activity house with many hours of entertainment for both children and adults, including table tennis, table football, billiards, air hockey and electronic darts. From the activity room there is access to the house's large wooden terrace, which is completely closed off, so both animals and small children can move around safely. In addition, there is modern garden furniture and barbecue, where you can enjoy dinner while the sun goes down over the area. On the 1st floor you will find a bedroom with 3 single beds, the room is a passage room into another bedroom with 2 single beds. TV on the 1st floor is not connected to satellite dish, but has a Chromecast, where you have the opportunity to stream your own TV services. In addition, there is a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed and a bunk bed for 2 people. Not for rent to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
