Hello traveller and welcome to our seafront property in Sliema Ferries. The location here, is second to none with restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, the ferries and all the amenities you would want at a walking distance.

Upon entering the property our guest will find a large living area with a comfy sofa and TV with a dining area and access to a private balcony, with probably one of the nicest views locally, of Valletta.

The apartment is equipped with 3 bedrooms, WIFI and AC.

Welcome to our comfy 3-bedroom apartment in the heart of Sliema, offering lovely and breathtaking views of Valletta – one of the best vistas in Malta. This well-appointed residence is the perfect blend of comfort, style, and panoramic beauty!

Kitchen| Fully equipped, good size and all utensils and anything you would require to fix a good proper meal. Perfect for both long and short term rentals.

Living Spaces| Massive living area with dining space, coach and also large TV. Step onto the private balcony and be captivated by the stunning views of Valletta. This elevated vantage point is the perfect spot to unwind, whether sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a sunset drink. The panoramic scenery is truly one of the highlights of this exceptional apartment.

Bedrooms| 3 bedrooms, 1 double bed with ensuite, another with 2 single beds and last bedroom features one single bed.

Bathrooms| 2 bathrooms. 1 accessible from the bedroom featuring a shower while the other bathroom is accessible from the main area which includes a bathtub.

Linens| We love having a good night sleep, we offer full linens of the highest quality for our beds. We also provide 2 towels each, for each one of our guest.

Laundry Room| Washer available in the apartment.

Getting around Sliema and Malta is convenient and efficient, with various transportation options available. For taxi services, popular apps such as Uber, Bolt, and eCabs operate seamlessly in Malta. These apps provide a user-friendly interface for quick and reliable rides, offering a convenient way to explore the island. Additionally, traditional taxi services are readily available, and public transportation, including buses and ferries, provides affordable and scenic travel options. Sliema's central location ensures easy access to these transportation services, allowing you to effortlessly navigate and discover the captivating beauty of Malta.

Very important notes before booking:

1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During lovely and summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATS-APP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
