Trulli & Dimore - Trulli Pozzo del Geco

Il Pozzo del Geco is a complex of Trulli and Lamie in the heart of the Itria Valley, centrally located between major places of interest such as Cisternino, Locorotondo and Ostuni. The property has been recently renovated, preserving the typical local stone, and consists of two groups of detached cones, surrounded by an ornamental garden with a swimming pool, and can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. Adjacent to the swimming pool is a large patio that accommodates a relaxation area with sofas and a table for enjoying outdoor lunches and dinners, all around a solarium area equipped with sun loungers. On the patio, in front of the imposing trulli, there is a further area with a table and chairs for guests, right next to the ancient well, which is the symbol and nerve centre of this property. Entering one of the two dwellings, we find a living room with kitchen in one room, the cooking area is located in an alcove and has a hob, oven, dishwasher and espresso machine, washing machine and refrigerator. In the central part of the room there is a table with chairs, another alcove houses a fireplace, and a small area with a very cosy sofa and armchairs. The living room leads to the two bedrooms, both with double beds, and two bathrooms with showers.
The second unit also consists of an entrance into the living room with kitchen. Here too, the kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and espresso machine, and a table with chairs is placed in the centre of the room. The living room leads to the double bedroom with a fireplace and fitted wardrobes. A comfortable bathroom serves this dwelling, an entire cone has been dedicated to the shower with stone seats.
The property is totally surrounded by a dry stone wall and has a gate and private parking.
The nearest town is Cisternino, which is about 5 km away. Here you can find large supermarkets and pharmacies, but also a characteristic historic centre, full of typical restaurants, bars and shops for shopping.
Possibility of using the sofa bed for two children or an adult.

Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and can be done up to the day before arrival. If it is not carried out, €55.00 will be charged (check in fee).

Late check-out after 1pm you pay an extra night.
