Apartment in the heart of 'the Lanes' - Brighton.

Located in the heart of Brighton's beloved 'Lanes', this apartment comes complete with two double bedrooms and a pull out sofa bed sleeping up to six guests.
Our flat is a 15 minute walk from the train station, less than 15 minute walk to the seafront & the i360 and just 5 minutes from the Dome making it the perfect spot for those seeking to explore the city.
Our flat has been lovingly furnished and stocked for your convenience.

Our flat is a third floor space with an open plan kitchen, dining and living area complete with an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, TV and WiFi.
Throughout the apartment there is room controlled underfloor heating which can be adjusted according to your personal preference during your stay.
All crockery, cutlery, glassware and basic cooking essentials are provided, however we do encourage you to also test out some of our local restaurants.
All bed linen and towels are provided, and for stays longer than a week cleaning and new bedding can be arranged for a small extra fee.
The two bedrooms feature the same double bed and both have built in wardrobe space for your personal items.

As we're part of a complex, you'll gain access to the flat via several common spaces. Our reception has two lifts and a set of stairs which will allow you to climb to the third floor. Once on the third floor from the lift entrance, you'll need to take the door opposite (and slightly to the left) of the lifts. This will bring you to a second hallway area leading to our apartment, the first on the left.

Please note that the common spaces throughout this building are not maintained by us and we cannot take responsibility for the management and upkeep of these spaces.

Debbie and I currently live in Essex and travel often. As we are not local to the flat, we will not be available to chat in person. We do, however, have several points of contact in Brighton who would be willing to help our should you need.
Alternatively, we can always be reached via the Airbnb messaging system and will do our best to accommodate your needs.

The Lanes is one of the main tourist attractions in Brighton and we're lucky enough to be able to call it home. The lanes are a network of old cobbled streets lined with some of the best shopping in the South. Within the lanes, you'll find a variety of well known high street brands in addition to some of the best independent shops in the UK. You'll also find a wide range of restaurants, pubs and bars,

In addition, our building is located right next to The Old Police Building which is underneath Brighton's town hall. Tours of the 200 year old underground jail cells are FREE to the public and is a must see whilst in Brighton.

Our little slice of Brighton is located in the heart of the Lanes, making it within walking distance of all of the best restaurants, bars and attractions.
The building itself is very close to several car parks, with The Lanes being the closest and Regency Mews (15 min walk) the cheapest.
London is just an hour's train ride away. If you're coming to us via train, we're a 15 minute walk from the station or 10 minutes in a. taxi.
