There are no stairs in the penthouse itself
The property is on the 4th floor w/ security-controlled lift access. Alternatively, a staircase (4 flights of stairs) is also available in case of an emergency or if the lifts are out of order.

✅ CHECK IN/CHECK OUT INFORMATION
A PLACIFY employee will meet/greet you, offer an optional tour around the property and hand over the keys during check in. We are happy to offer all our guests an early check in/late check out option (subject to availability) for a small additional cost of £50. To confirm whether your request can be accommodated, please inform us at least 24hrs before the agreed check-in/check-out time

- Earliest Check-In: 1pm (if request/payment has been approved)
- Latest Check-Out: 12pm (if request/payment has been approved)
- Late Check-Out Charge: £50 for every 30mins lapsed after agreed check out time

PLACIFY wants you to have a fantastic stay, and we encourage you to see this property as a ‘home away from home’. Therefore, we expect guest to treat this place with the same etiquettes. For this reason, we have compiled a few pointers that we would politely ask guests to note before their arrival and practice throughout their stay:

- ❌ No Parties, Gatherings or Extra Guest (excl. those on the original booking)
- ❌ No Excessive Noise
- ❌ No Commercial Photography/Filming

- ♻️ Correctly dispose rubbish in designated bins

PLACIFY operates a strict zero-tolerance policy for any rules breached. Following our 'first/last reminder', PLACIFY will take legal action for an immediate security eviction, forfeit of security deposit and impose a £200 security/police callout surcharge

Please note the property is fitted with a noise-detection device/security cameras

Please note that a refundable damage deposit of £855 is mandatory and should be paid via card upon check-in. We perform an inventory/inspection of the property after you check out; if there is no damage, we will refund the deposit back into the same account within 7 working days via bank transfer

- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of misplaced/lost keys (£100) and lockouts (£50)

* In light of the current situation, we kindly ask our guests to consume energy (electricity/gas) and water mindfully. Please note we will add an additional charge for excessive energy/water usage.

- To ensure the safety of our current/ future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and provide a valid form of ID
