Apartment in the Marina di Tertenia, surrounded by 6000sqm of land with adjacent vineyard. It is about 1000m from the main beach Foxi Manna. The villa is surrounded by nature, surrounded by typical Mediterranean vegetation, and offers beautiful views of the sea and mountains. For nature lovers and for those who want to experience the real Sardinia. For large groups (more than 10) you can also rent apartment on the ground floor, if available. Relaxation, tranquility and peace will be assured.
A large room with double bed plus a single bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a double or twin bedroom, two bathrooms (one of which is inside the first double bedroom) and large dining room with kitchen and sofa bed.
On request we provide cot (15€) and child seat.
The apartment is equipped with mosquito nets. Surrounded by a large and spacious veranda where you can rest and relax. Possibility to have lunch or dinner outdoors, because there is a spacious table on the veranda. Ample parking and sea view.
Lovers of nature and animals, we welcome with open arms your four-legged companions ( We specify that the 6000sqm land surrounding the villa is not fenced).
Adjacent to the accommodation wood-burning oven and barbecue, which guests can use at will, possibly agreeing the use, if there are other guests in the apartment on the first floor who wish to use the same service.

Please be advised that upon arrival at the property, all the guests must show their ID’s and pay the tourist tax of € 1.50 per person per night in cash, for a maximum of 7 nights. City Tax is mandatory in Tertenia for stays from 1 May to 31 October.
