Little house on the ground floor 500 metres from the sea in the zone of Lido dei Pini, a short walk from Corso del Sole in a quiet place.

The three-room flat is for 4/5 guests. It consists of a living room with kitchen, Sat-Tv and single bed sofa, 1 bathroom with shower (shower curtain), 1 double room, bedroom with 2 single beds, a big garden surrounded by fence and net, a covered parking place.

° Not included - Mandatory:
-Tourist tax. It is 1.00eur per night per person for a maximum of 10 nights (children under 4 years are exempt).

° Not included - Optional. All extras are not mandatory. If you choose to purchase them, they are to be paid upon arrival at the agency and they are subject to availability:

-2 pets allowed on request (maximum 2 medium-sized dogs). 60eur stay/pet.
