The accommodation is well furnished and in the complex there are guarded swimming pools for adults and children from mid-June to mid-September with a solarium equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds and ample parking and bicycle storage.

Arrival: from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at our real estate agency. Late arrivals must be communicated promptly.

Departure: no later than 9:00.

Rents are monthly or fortnightly and can be from Saturday to Saturday or in the period 1-15 or 16-30 of the month.

Tourist tax due as per law, based on the number of occupants of the property:
- April, May, September, October (Euro 1.00 per day per person for a maximum of 14 nights)
- June, July, August (Euro 1.25 per day per person for a maximum of 14 nights)

ATTENTION: Bedroom and bathroom linen not provided, we will provide disposable mattress covers and pillow covers for the number of beds present inside the apartment.
