ENTRANCE
This elegantly furnished flat welcomes its guests with an entrance that opens onto a central corridor, the main axis that harmoniously connects all the rooms of the house. Every detail has been thought out to combine style and functionality, creating a warm and welcoming environment.

MASTER SUITE
The first bedroom, the most spacious, is a true haven of peace and tranquillity. Equipped with a comfortable double bed, carefully chosen furniture and quality fabrics, this room is perfect for resting and rejuvenating after a day spent exploring the city.

JUNIOR SUITE
The second bedroom, also cosy and well-appointed, offers additional private space, with another double bed that will allow guests to sleep in separate and distinct rooms.

DINING AREA
The kitchen is the heart of the flat, a place where cooking becomes a real pleasure. Modern and fully equipped, it includes a dining table where meals can be enjoyed in company, making every occasion special. The natural light and choice of materials help create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

PRIMARY BATHROOM
The first bathroom, spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities, includes a shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet, as well as well-organised spaces for linen and bathroom accessories. Attention to detail and the choice of quality materials make it a relaxing and functional environment.

SECOND BATHROOM
Finally, the small but elegant second bathroom is equipped with a toilet and washbasin, offering convenient access and additional functionality for flat guests.

SPACIOUS TERRACE
Perfectly integrated into the bedrooms, two glass doors lead to a spacious outdoor terrace, a real jewel of this flat. Covered with high-quality synthetic grass, this terrace is an invitation to outdoor living. Check-in will be done in total autonomy through a self check-in system. A few hours before your arrival, you will receive all the necessary instructions to enter the flat and register your identity documents, which must be done no later than 24 hours after the check-in time.

Before your arrival, we will clean the flat according to the strictest hygiene standards.

All the necessary linen and towels will be delivered for your stay in order to meet all your needs and relieve you of the burden of travelling laundry.
