The apartment is 60sqm in size, it is situated on ground floor and sleeps 4 guests in two bedrooms.

Both bedrooms feature a double bed (bed dimensions: width 150cm X length 188cm) and window with garden views.
The kitchen is fully equipped with mini-oven/cooktop, microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, kitchenware and crockery for easy meal preparation.
The open-plan living room is fitted with two single sofa beds, a 32’’ smart TV, air-conditioning unit and has access to a veranda and the garden with sea views.
There is 1 air-conditioning unit in the apartment, installed in the living room. We have found that due to the property’s countryside location and sea breeze in the evenings, no further air-conditioning is required. One portable electric fan is available in the apartment.
The bathroom features a shower.
There is a private washing machine.
Free WIFI internet is available for our guests.
Insect screens are installed on windows and doors.
An outdoor dining table with chairs is available on the veranda.
A portable BBQ is available for our guests to use.

Our guests also have access to the private beach area (not organised) of a neighbouring 5* hotel.

The property is just 5’ drive from Afytos village, where main amenities such as mini-market, bakery, pharmacy and shops can be found.
Major village and popular resort Kallithea is just 7’ drive, where super-markets can be found, plus medical centre, an abundance of cafes and restaurants and night life. Kallithea also has a sandy, shallow beach, very popular for families with children.
The property is just 50’ drive from Makedonia international airport.
