The space
The apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living area features a comfortable seating area with a TV, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones, and a fully-equipped kitchen with all the essential appliances and utensils to cook delicious meals.
Please note, the dishwasher is currently out of order, as such it will not be available for guest use.
The apartment features two bedrooms, both equipped with double beds, ideal for accommodating two couples or a young family.
Both mattresses are fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linen for maximum comfort.
There is also a sofa bed in the living room, which can sleep one person, however, please note it may not be suitable for a tall person.
The bathroom is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, including dry cleaned towels and complimentary toiletries.
The home is always professionally cleaned and tidied up for each guest.
There will be some complimentary tea and coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll which will last a couple of days. If you wish to purchase more for your stay there are a number of supermarkets and shops nearby.
Parking: Free parking at the back, however subject to availability, as there is no designated parking available.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (4 PM)
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
