A Real Escapes Properties orgulha-se de oferecer esta residência de três quartos e três banheiros localizada em Windward Point, na Comunidade Sea Palms Golf Course. O acolhedor hall de entrada desta unidade abre-se para uma espaçosa cozinha, sala de jantar e áreas de estar que dão para uma varanda coberta com vistas para o pântano e para a piscina do Windward Point. Um piso plano quarto dividido permite a privacidade e o quarto principal oferece vistas espetaculares do pântano. Você também vai desfrutar de belos amanheceres e maravilhosas vistas do pântano do leste, olhando para fora em direção a Ilha do Mar. É muito particular e tranquilo. Existem nove pés tectos, bem como carpete e piso de cerâmica por toda parte. Windward Point coloca você a poucos passos de distância do The Public House Restaurant e um belo campo de golfe de 18 buracos vista marsh.

Exactly as advertised

Stayed for 4 days in May while visiting family in the area. Lovely condo with everything we needed. Place was clean and well stocked. Especially enjoyed our mornings and evenings sitting outside. Didn’t get a chance to use the complex pool but looked nice.

Wedding Retreat

We had the pleasure of staying here with our Family while we were in St. Simon for a wedding. The accommodations were exactly what our family was looking for, clean, comfortable and quiet with a beautiful view. We also loved that we were able to walk right next door to the club for a great affordable lunch. I would love to stay here again in the future.

Golf Trip

Great location steps away from Sea Palms clubhouse and golf course. Condo very clean and comfortable, overlooks pool and marsh view. Would book again.

Pictures are correct not photo shopped. Only a few suggestions TV needed in third bedroom, Some form covering for the front door entrance you can look straight in, a dark curtain for the living room, and finally clean the pool and some lights around the pool. Overall great stay, I would return here and definitely suggest this property to others. Location was great close enough for eating and short drive to the beaches, East Beach was the best.

Perfect Little Condo

Super cute place on St. Simons Island close to everything. I missed the instructions that i had to pick up a key at a rental.place 15 minutes away, i am so used to all rentals having smart locks. Not a problem, just pointing out for potential guests. Loved our stay, would recommend to anyone!

Work/play

Work took me to St. Simons for a few days, so I brought some family with me. We loved this condo. So clean and so bright. Great views. Super comfy beds. Nice neighborhood on the golf course. Would definitely stay here again!

Not too far from Beach and good eats

Plenty of parking, watch out for the little crabs at the front in the morning or you will have them in the condo. Front door could use a curtain or blind so others can't look in. Also a darker curtain for living room. But overall stay was great! Everything was pretty close far as places to eat and the beaches.

It is clean, spacious and well appointed. The rental rate is reasonable.The only negative is that their televisions are very small- they need to be upgraded.We really like this unit and plan to return several times this year and future years.
