O Ocean One 401 está de volta no programa de locação da Seashore Vacations pela primeira vez desde 2013. Remodelação começou em dezembro de 2018 para procurar novas fotos no início da primavera de 2019. # 401 tem uma nova marca proprietários ansiosos para dar aos seus hóspedes as melhores f��rias de praia! As vistas deste condomínio 4th floor não pode ser batida. Existem 2 dos 4 quartos de frente para o oceano ... passear o seu slider para o pátio em frente ao oceano em frente à praia.
O condomínio tem 3 banheiros, e tem um rei, rei, 2 duplos, 2 twins + sofá-cama. A sala também tem uma grande área de entretenimento do pátio para as noites agradáveis para desfrutar da brisa do oceano. A Ocean One adicionou uma nova área de grelhados ao complexo, logo depois da piscina. Veranistas voltam ano ap��s ano para este complexo por causa da conveniência de Coligny Plaza. Existem várias lojas e restaurantes a uma curta distância, ou naquela noite o desejo de sorvete.

Lovely spacious condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was spacious with 4 bedrooms and nicely appointed. Loved the access to the pool and beach. Management office was professional and helpful since the property is under construction, and assisted us with changing our date. They were responsive to an issue that the HOA requested also. Since we were on the end of the building, we enjoyed the live music coming from the hotel next door, while sitting on our balcony in the early evening. We had wonderful weather!

Beautiful View!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was nice and the view was beautiful, but the beds were not so nice. Master bedroom's comforter and shams were white and very dingy and stained, and the pillows smelled so bad. BR#2, had two full beds, one bed had a dip in the middle so large, it was uncomfortable for 2 ppl and the bathroom was not the cleanest. BR#3, was the best out of the 4 and BR#4, had 2 AIR MATRESSES! What!!?? Why?? And the bathroom did not appear to have been cleaned before our stay-hair in the shower drain and, on the wall, and crumbled soap in the corner of the shower. A unit as nice as 401 and IS NOT CHEAP to rent, should not have uncomfortable beds, air mattresses, and should be very clean, like the way you would want your own home.

Great week Unit 401 Weather absolutely wonderful

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: sh containers. Cabinet door in bathroom with tub hinge is sprung ?? The freezer drawer seems to slide in unevenly. The music at the Holiday Inn was extremely loud. We could not have a conversation on the balcony with the loud bands especially Friday and Saturday. HHIshould adopt laws for lower decibel levels. LOL

Live Music

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ocean One 401 was a great 4 bedroom corner unit with live music from Holiday Inn Tiki Hut which was literally a stones-throw away. The unit was spacious although one side on the unit was freezing and the other sweltering. We had some minor issues such as battery dying on door lock and fridge door handle coming off. As far as cleanliness, we kept wondering where the baby was getting vege straws, and then we looked under the couch...absolutely disgusting. There must have been 1/2 inch of dust under all the furniture. All-in-all, it was a nice trip and location. Pool was closed for the first two days due to a pump issue and nobody seemed to hurried to remedy the situation.

401 loved the place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Plenty of room and comfortable beds and pillows. Wish there was a few extra blankets but not sure how they could clean those so that maybe the issue. People hoard the carts so check at the end of the hallways if your looking for them. Especially at end near 401 lol Parking was a headache. Def need lines as people take up extra space or crooked. We never had an issue getting pool chairs and the pool was clean.Security was friendly and make their rounds which is nice. We had an issue with coffee pot and called and they came right away with a new one. We would def rent from here again. It’s a great location to shops and places to eat. As far as clean, the maids are trying to turn over quickly I’m aware but we had lots of crumbs in closet, dishes not cleaned ect Def need an extra set of hands or longer time for them.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Condo at Ocean One is ideally located close to Coligny Circle and the ocean front view great. The size of the condo, four-bedrooms, was plenty for our extended family. The condo could use some TLC beyond obvious seasonal rental scrapes and blemishes. Cracks in walls, balcony ceiling, non-functional bathroom fan, holes in walls and ceiling from missing art/hanging plants, etc. Furniture and amenities were fine. Weekly cleaning missing trash/debris under beds, furniture, etc.

Awesome Condo at Hilton Head

Location was excellent, right off Coligny Circle with a great corner view of the ocean. Walkway to beach provided immediate access and pool was beautiful as well. We had 9 adults in this 4BR and 3 bath condo which was perfect. Very clean and decorated nicely with everything we needed for a great stay. Tiki Bar next door provided music we could listen to from patio which seated 6 comfortably. Only minor issue was with the door lock that was loose until we tightened it and sometimes didn’t lock at first try. Otherwise it was greatly and we would highly recommend it! We had to watch out for multiple stingrays in the water and my son was stung by one or a jellyfish which was painful but didn’t ruin the vacation. Otherwise loves Hilton Head and this Condo! Highly recommend both!

The cleaning company needs to do a better job- when we arrived there was popcorn under the bed, a Skol can in the TV cabinet, and broken glass with the cookware. Within just a few hours of being in the condo, our feet were black. It’s consigning given the time we are in.

Beach 2020

Nice property. Great views of the ocean. Unit was clean, kitchen very well equipped. The only complaint was the king bedroom on the left didnt cool very well, could use a ceiling fan or just a fan. The rest of the unit was nice and cool.

Great stay right on the beach

Our extended family had an excellent time in this property. Clean, roomy, and everything we needed. Large deck with plenty of chairs to enjoy the outside. Beds were comfortable and family room furniture too. Very pleased and no regrets.

Everything was great. Just a few suggestions; beach chairs at rental, beach towels, no hot water from kitchen sink. Apparently the dishwasher wasn’t used in awhile so there was a terrible sulfur smell when we used it the first time. Maybe put salt, pepper, sugar?

Great time!

Very nice condo! Nicely decorated and loved it was all on one level. Perfect views of the ocean on the balcony’s. The bathrooms are a little tight with all the doors, and the main balcony didn’t need as much furniture as it had but, those aren’t deal breakers. I wasn’t super happy that the holiday inn right next door had live music almost every day/night. We had a lovely stay!
