This villa is located near the hamlet called " Le Parrotier" in the heart of the Luberon. Within a 10 km radius, we recommend visiting the magnificent villages of Gordes, perched on a rocky hilltop, and Roussillon, with its vivid ochre colours. Don't forget to visit the Apt Museum, which tells the history of candied fruit, ochre and fine earthenware.
The owner may come round on the evening of the changeover, but her annexe on the right-hand side of the villa does not overlook you and causes no inconvenience nor affects your privacy.
You enter the house through the air-conditioned veranda which serves as dining- and living room. It distributes the open kitchen and a little dining area and sofa to watch the TV.This room has access to a terrace, and a shower room with WC completes the facilities. From the spacious lounge, designed for relaxation, you go up to the air-conditioned first floor, which has a bathroom, a separate WC and three bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, the second has a large double bed, and the third has two single beds.

An automatic gate opens onto the 3,000 m2 of grounds, of which 1,000 m2 are fenced for your peace of mind. Two cars can be parked under cover. The pool house, with a dining area and well-equipped summer kitchen, is much appreciated. The beautiful swimming pool is fenced, very secure for children while a table-tennis table will enliven your evenings.
No doubt about it: this is a villa that you will appreciate for its location in the famous Luberon countryside, its total privacy and its space. For hikers, a trail starting from the hamlet of "Le Parrotier" runs along the hillside.
