* At least one person 25 years of age or older must handle and be responsible for the renting of our home AND must remain in the home overnight each day of the rental period.
* No illegal activities are permitted on our property
* $25/night Pet Fee ~ 2 dog limit with combined total weight of under 50lbs. Unauthorized pets may result in immediate dismissal from our property with no refund + additional charges
* No Parties or Extra Guests Allowed
* 1 mile from Entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Tube from the Park to the Back Porch, Fish from Private Bank, Cherokee/Golf Courses/Harrah's Casino (just 12 miles away), Fontana Lake & Nantahala Gorge just 20 minutes away
* We have one security camera mounted on the front of the house overlooking the parking area and front porch steps. This unit stays on but is not monitored unless there is an issue.
