TOPS'L Summit is located in TOPS'L Beach and Racquet Resort, steps away from the Gulf Coast's most sought-after white sandy beaches. There is a seasonal on-site dining option. TOPS'L Beach and Racquet Resort is located in Miramar Beach, near the excitement and adventures of Grand Boulevard and Baytowne Wharf. Enjoy the local events and festivals in the area throughout the year, venture over to the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park for hiking and nature trails, or explore the local cuisine. You'll also be conveniently located just over 12.3 miles from HarborWalk Village in Destin, featuring an array of local shops, restaurants, and watersports activities.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice stay

We loved it, perfect for two! Close to shopping and good food. Only complaint is thin walls as our neighbor slept with their tv on quite loud. I expected that with the reviews I had read, however. Highly recommend!

Great stay

Lots of stuff to do on property. Awesome pool, hot tub for adults, putt put etc. / not a lot of amenities in the room. Small fridge and microwave but for us visiting with no kids that was perfect because we were not there much as we were out and about the majority of the time. With that being said the room was great for us. Needs the bathroom shower drain checked as water stood about 2 inches deep while in use and the cleaning lady loved to knock on the door at 9:15 9:30 and 9:45 when check out was at 10. She Opened it the first time as we didn’t hear her knock but kept on until we left. Trivial yes but check out is at 10 so please just check back then. I paid for the time so I’ll use it until it’s up. Other than those two small things it was excellent.

Soothing and Serene

Really liked the light and airy feel of this unit. Decor and bathroom nicely done. Enjoyed the jetted tub. No noise issues. Very peaceful. Short walk to beach but not bad if you're not carrying much.

Aspetos positivos: Limpeza, check-in, localização e exatidão do anúncio

Great area, but make sure fire alarm issue has been solved before booking!

My husband and I came to Sandestin to celebrate our anniversary. We arrived late for check-in that evening due to my husband’s work schedule. The checkin process wasn’t difficult but more tedious than places we’ve visited along the Emerald Coast for at least 5 years now. We would have given a 5 star rating except that the following morning after arriving, we were awoken by a faulty fire alarm. Glad for fire alarms but not damaged ones. After running out of the room before our alarms went off at 8am, no one seemed to be disturbed outside, like it was an expected disturbance. People standing outside on balconies. Elevator still working. Fire department finally arrived to turn off. Got settled and went off again 30 min. later. I was not a happy camper and the rental office had not even opened for us to finish check in process, since we arrived after 4pm. None of the Vacasa staff we asked could explain what the deal with the alarm was other than possible mechanical issues. Hope it’s solved!

Mostly Updated

The condo is beautifully updated and has a beautiful view. I would recommend updating the mattress, it is highly uncomfortable and Very hard. The condo offers coffee but only has 1 coffee mug and 1 pack of condiments for the coffee... sucks for a party of 2. Also there is no utensils... there is plates and bowls but no utensils. One other thing I would like to say something about is the jetted tub. I filled the tub up with my salts, bubbles, and oils and had to empty the whole thing when I started the jets. A awful smell of old water came out of the jets. By then there was no more hot water. But I gave it 3 stars just because of the updates done to the condo, the view and the convenience to the beach.
