Effective July 21st, 2025, through August 26th, 2025, Papakea Resort will undertake an extensive plumbing project. Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, unless authorized for weekend work. Contractors may be present on the property to commence preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM. Non-working holidays are already included in the schedule. To minimize disruption, any excessively loud work will not commence before 10:00 AM. Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.

My Perfect Stays welcomes you home to Papakea G105. A 2 bedroom 2 bathroom ground floor unit that sleeps up to 7 guests with partial ocean views and just steps to the pool! Stroll directly onto the grassy lawn without the hassle of stairs or elevators to get started on your Maui adventures. Feel the Aloha as soon as you walk in, with the spacious living room and authentic Hawaiian style furnishings. This condo offers a remodeled and fully equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking meals in house. The kitchen boasts of updated appliances, custom cabinets and lighting.

Relax on the King size bed in the master bedroom with partial ocean views. The upgraded master bathroom features a beautiful walk in shower and dual sinks. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed as well as a twin size bed perfect for families or extra guests! The second bathroom also features an updated walk in shower. Find a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room as well. Stay cool after a long day at the beach or pool with a split AC system in the living room and Master bedroom and ceiling fans throughout. This unit has a washer and dryer for added convenience. This condo is stocked well with beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and more. WiFi and cable TV are also provided for guest use and enjoyment.

Papakea Resort offers lush tropical landscaping, koi ponds, two salt water pools, spas, shuffleboard, putting greens, tennis and much more! It is located just North of the famous Ka'aanapli Beach. Just walking distance from the resort are many shops, restaurants and a grocery store. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches.

**Papakea charges a $17/day facility fee for your first 10 consecutive days in a 30-day period. The fee includes a parking permit, Wifi throughout the resort, cable and local calls during your stay. Additional vehicles are $5 a day. This is collected by the Front Desk upon arrival.**

Standard Cancellation Policy:
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
