KITCHEN/DINING:
Come enjoy our fully stocked kitchen that is perfect for families. We have furnished it with top-of-the-line appliances and stocked it with both glass and plastic dinnerware, a high chair for children to use, and a propane grill. You will be able to find all of the basic cookware that you'll need. Dine inside or outside on the patio dining table.

LIVING ROOM:
The living room is set up to be the perfect place to gather as family or friends. The large and comfortable couch provides plenty of seating, and the 55-inch ultra-high-definition smart TV and Blu-ray/DVD player provide easy access to entertainment. We have provided a few games and DVDs that are available for guests to use.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS:
The Master Bedroom has two high quality queen beds using Serta Perfect Sleeper Parkville. The North Bedroom has another Parkville for a queen bed and a bunkbed. The mattress on the bunkbeds are also high-quality Sertas that are comfortable for either adults or children. The South bedroom has two bunkbeds with high quality mattresses.
The master bedroom features a 43 inch ultra-high-definition Smart TV and an en suite bathroom with a large closet. The other two bedrooms share the other upstairs bathroom, and there is a half-bath conveniently located on the first floor. There is a pack-n-play for the guests to use, which is another feature that makes this home a great, family-friendly destination.

GARAGE AND PARKING:
Two cars can park in the garage and two more vehicles in the driveway. Overflow parking is available for additional vehicles, trailers, etc. The garage is 23' wide x 19' deep with a 78-inch clearance height. Although we have not had a security issue, a garage security camera is installed for guest's peace-of-mind.

LOCATION:
You can't beat the location with Breezy's Place being a short walk to several restaurants and the main grocery store. Breezy's Place is across the street (2-minute walk) from the municipal pool and pickleball courts. It is walking distance to the city beach, but the most popular beaches are Rendezvous Beach (11 miles) North Beach (18 miles). The Bear Lake Marina is 1 mile away. Dirt Bikers and ATV enthusiasts have direct access to Cache National Forest trails. Beaver Mountain is 13 miles away. No matter what time of year you come visit Breezy's Place, we are confident you will be surrounded by plenty of activities to keep you busy!

One of the unique benefits of this property is the ability to rent multiple townhomes from the complex to fit the needs of your party. If you have a large group, please reach out as we manage almost all of them and can likely help coordinate the stay for a large group.
