This beautiful Gulf-front vacation rental includes floor-to-ceiling patio doors in both the living room and main bedroom leading to a large patio that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Located on the second floor overlooking the gorgeous complex pools with unobstructed views of the emerald-green Gulf, this condo is also conveniently located by the stairway to the pools and beach, so no waiting for elevators!

Features include a washer/dryer, full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The main en suite bathroom includes a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and a double vanity. The living room has a new 55-inch smart TV.

You will have the option to work out in the fitness center, play tennis on two of the secured tennis courts, relax in the outdoor pool, swim laps in the seasonally heated lap pool, grill burgers at one of the poolside charcoal grills, or unwind in the hot tub. You can even rent the social room with stunning floor-to-ceiling views of the Gulf and pool area for your private event! Enjoy the use of WiFi connection in your condo, lobby, or social room, and DVD rentals. Plus beach service is available for an added fee between March - October.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
