We have customer service available from 8am to 11pm daily to ensure your stay goes as smoothly as possible. All guests receive Caprina fresh goat’s milk soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, laundry detergent, olive oil, salt and pepper, coffee and sugar on arrival. If you need any extra items or services during your stay, just let us know - we're always happy to help.
Parking in Montreal can be tricky. While we cannot guarantee a space for your stay, there is ample public parking in the area. After you book, our team will recommend an app to reserve public parking in advance of your stay.
In order to comply with local regulations, we require guests to sign a residential contract, complete identity verification, and submit a Damage Waiver ($25) or Security Deposit ($500) after the booking is confirmed.
