Early check-ins or late check-outs are subject to availability and will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with applicable charges.
Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €250 is required for access to the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund within 8-14 days post-departure, provided there are no damages.
Additional Charges:
Unauthorized late check-out: €90.
Cleaning fee for cigarette smell post-stay: €450.
Extra key service is exclusively available for stays of 15 days or more.
Lost keys left on the door or inside the apartment incur fees ranging from €100 to €500, depending on the type of key.

Respect neighbors' peace and quiet; excessive noise may result in deductions from your deposit.
Please be mindful of any construction work within the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility.

Special Bookings and Events:
For special services or events, please seek pre-approval. Deposits apply for bookings during the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
Age Requirement:
The minimum age for making a reservation is 23 years. Individuals under 23 may only enter in the presence of an adult meeting this requirement. Failure to comply will result in denial of stay, and no refunds will be granted.
