This brand-new home has it all and is beautifully decorated with designer finishes. You'll enjoy an inviting living room and a complete kitchen with a full set of appliances. The beds are luxurious and comfy. The bathrooms have upgraded finishes and are pristine.

The Space:
This new construction home is the perfect launchpad for your Nashville adventure. All the furniture is brand-new and modern. There is lightening fast Wi-Fi, a Television equipped with Netflix, complimentary coffee, and a full kitchen.

Each bedroom has a luxurious bed with 600 thread count sheets and luxurious pillows. The top floor has four beds, which are perfect for larger groups.

All the rooms get plenty of natural light. You'll feel like you're at home in Nashville!

The Neighborhood:
Nashville is a city that you MUST visit more than once!

My home is just 5 minutes outside Germantown and the Downtown core, putting all the major landmarks, music venues, restaurants, and attractions a short drive from my front door.

The Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum is less than 10 minutes away from my home. It is the definitive home of American Country Music and has over 2.5 million priceless artifacts on display.

You'll be close to Nashville's famous music venues. The Ryman Auditorium is less than 10 minutes away, and the Grand Ole Opry (which is outside the downtown core) is only 20 minutes away.

Broadway is just 7 minutes from my front door. You'll find great restaurants, bars, and nightlife in the entertainment district.

Here are some of the landmarks that you can reach in less than 10 minutes: Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, Ryman Auditorium, the Parthenon, Broadway, the Frist Art Museum, the Gallery of Iconic Guitars, the Lane Motor Museum, the Musicians Hall of Fame and Museum, and the Nashville Symphony.

Getting Around:
There's free parking at my home, and most of the city's attraction are a short drive away. Ubers are easily available as well, so you'll never need a car if you don't have one.

50th birthday for 8 girls

The property was all that we expected it to be. There was plenty of space for all 8 of us. The cleanliness of the house was good and the host was very accommodating. The neighborhood could have been better. However, it was quiet at night.

Bad neighborhood. We got robbed.

The house is dirty and you can tell it is used for parties, only. No cleaning supplies to pick up throughout the stay. No paper towels. Toilet paper was covered in windex and blue. Had to throw them out and purchase our own. The door doesn’t close all the way. The door was left open because it did not latch and we WERE ROBBED. Took two purses, wallet, and an Apple Watch. Do not recommend this property. Man walked in and roamed the house while we were all sleeping for 5 full minutes at 6am. Called the cops and they did not show up for 4 hours and told us we couldn’t file a report because the one person who got her wallet stolen was not there and we could not get a report without her. Ended up not even calling the cops back since it took them so long and didn’t want to spend another 4 hours waiting around for police to do nothing. Thankful we weren’t hurt. House is super dirty. Walls are filthy and grey. Also, there was major confusion when checking in. The cleaning people told us to go into the wrong unit since the unit number wasn’t listed on the vrbo. Total nightmare of an experience. Not sure if the unit we were in was less expensive than what we originally booked. Would be nice if we could get a refund of some sort for the terrible experience and miscommunication while checking in.

Bachelorette party

I booked his property for my bachelorette party of 12 girls. The size of the house and bed/bathroom set up was perfect. The only thing that was a little worrisome was the neighborhood and people outside all the time. The overall stay and actual location by Broadway & restaurants was great. Ryan had great communication with me from the time of booking and until checkout. Over all a great stay!!

Short Nashville Family Vacation

Overall, this was a good, not great VRBO experience. The property is close enough to downtown to have easy access, is simple to reach, has comfortable beds, a nice kitchen area, good bathrooms, tons of space, a pretty skyline view from the upper level, and is a very good value for the price. On the downside, the surrounding neighborhood is not particularly enticing (a lot of urban decay in the area) which made my family a little uncomfortable, the interior cleanliness did not meet expectations (floor, couches not vacuumed and bed linens with hairs on them), and the walls are in need of substantial touching up. Despite the drawbacks listed, the positives outweighed them and we enjoyed our stay very much. Lastly, the host (Ryan) was extremely accommodating and helpful. I would gladly VRBO with him again.
