If you need a cot and high chair, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Please note that we do not provide baby linen.

Check-in is from 3:00 pm.
Early check-ins or late check-outs can be arranged based on availability, with confirmation provided 24 hours in advance and applicable charges may apply.
Deposit Requirement:
A €150 deposit is required to access the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. You can expect a refund within 8-14 days after departure, provided there are no damages noted.
Additional Charges:
Unauthorized late check-out: €90.
Cigarette smell post-stay: €450.
Additional key service is available only for stays of 15 days or more.
Lost keys: Fees range from €100 to €500, depending on the type of key or lock.

Please do not leave keys on the door or inside the apartment.
Respect the peace and quiet of your neighbors to avoid deductions from your deposit.

The minimum age to make a reservation is 23 years. Guests under 23 must be accompanied by an adult meeting the required age. Failure to comply will result in denial of entry, and no refund requests will be entertained.
