Perfect location, quiet, beautiful area and close to wherever you want to go. Lovely home with all the amenities, thoughtful touches like a fully loaded welcome basket with snacks & fruit. Home was immaculate & comfortable. Our 5 night stay was beautiful.

This was the most welcoming home I've stayed in. There was a gift basket on the counter and festive place settings had been laid out on the table. There were other nice touches, such as a selection of low-priced toiletries available in case we had forgotten something. My wife appreciated how well-equipped the kitchen was. We look forward to coming back the next time we visit the area.

This home was so clean, peaceful, and safe. The owner thought of everything and took care that I had a great experience. I enjoyed my daily walks around the nearby golf course and all the local attractions.

Family Holiday

We felt so welcome here between the hosts and the feel of the house itself. We were visiting family for the holidays and it was nice to have a quiet and comfortable place to call home for a week. Everything was clean and the hosts really thought of everything you may need. We really enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay here again.

Cozy Retreat!

All Seasons property was so comfortable and convenient to locations in The Valley! Our 18 month old had plenty of room to play and run and everyone slept like babies at night!

Cozy fall stay

Stayed here while we watched the world lacrosse championship in Utica and it was lovely! It was a very welcoming home with beautiful fall decorations and we had a great and comfortable stay. Many stores nearby driving distance .

The property was so clean and well organized. The basket of snacks and beverages was such a nice touch. We loved the fire pit and back deck. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Cozy and comfortable

This was the most home like accommodating VRBO I’ve ever stayed in! It felt just like home, beautifully decorated, fully stocked kitchen and tons of little touches that made our stay just perfect! Thank you so much to the hosts for such a great stay!

Wonderful Property!

We have stayed in this property multiple times while visiting our son at Hamilton College. We love the remote location, which is still within a reasonable driving distance to the college. Everything is always spotless when we arrive, with a welcome gift basket full of treats. The home is cozy and comfortable, and we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Peaceful and Perfect

Great place to stay to get away from the hustle and bustle of Dreams Park. The country drive was beautiful. It was nice to unwind at the end of the night. The snacks were clutch for early departure and late night returns.

Neat and Clean

We had to drive 45 minutes back and forth to baseball at Cooperstown Dreams Park each day, it was nice to have a place to crash that was comfortable, neat and clean. Very sweet, they left a welcome basket for us too!

Great to get away!

Stayed here while we were participating in a tournament in Utica. This was a great way to end the day! Only friendly tip: between downtown Utica and the house the cell service is not great. Once at the house wifi is perfect!

Wonderful Return Stay

This was our second stay and we were even more impressed than our first visit. We were in town for a visit to see our son at Hamilton College, which was only 15-20 minutes away. This property has such a welcoming feel, with many little touches in terms of decor that made us feel immersed in fall, which was perfect for our October stay. We loved the welcome basket that had treats upon our arrival. We all slept very well in the comfortable beds, in a very peaceful and quiet location. We can’t wait for a return trip to this property.

Perfect!

My 2 sisters and I took my dad away to celebrate Father's Day, and the property was absolutely perfect for us! Alot to do close by, we went mining for Herkimer's, won at Turning Stone, visited Utica Club, and Woodland Brewery (woodland has amazing food). The house was extremely visiting and had just about anything you need. If your planning a trip to this area, you should stay here! Chris & Alicia are absolutely amazing hosts! So glad we stayed.

Brief but lovely stay

The house was sparkling clean and very cozy - perfect for myself & two kids. It was also decorated beautifully for fall, both inside and out. The house had everything we needed and we appreciated the welcome basket (with yummy cider donuts included!) as well as the coffee :) Alicia met us upon arrival and was very helpful for anything we needed. They had even took the liberty of leaving a big leaf pile for the kids to play in - the kids were excited to play but the weather turned rainy before we had a chance. We'd be glad to stay here again!

Making our way home...

Clean, nicely decorated, and furnished. To access bathroom from the main floor bedroom, you have to walk thru the living room and kitchen. There's a full view french door in the bathroom that looks out to a deck. Only a sheer curtain on the french door. No window covering above the kitchen sink. Pedestal sink in bathroom. Stackable washer/dryer in the bath. I had to stand outside to recieve or make a call. Not a bad thing unless you work on your vacations. Again... very clean and well-kept. Much attention to detail. The floorplan lacked function for us.

Relax in the living room with an electric fireplace to set the mood, cozy up on the new furniture with your favorite book and unwind. We are a smoke free / pet free establishment.

Upstate NY is known for it’s brilliant fall foliage, take it all in as you are surrounded by nature’s beauty- at the foothills of the Adirondacks, we are a scenic hour drive from Old Forge. Antiques anyone? Bouckville antique show is a 20 minute drive. Bringing the family....... Herkimer Diamond Mines, Utica Zoo, Children's Museum, several local apple orchards are only a 15 minute drive. Looking for winter activities...... trailer your snowmobiles, pack snow shoes and cross country skis ! Explore the temporary guest memberships available through the private club.(cedarlakeclub.com) Once a guest membership is obtained endless possibilities await.....Enjoy 18 holes of golf among the breathtaking course at Cedar Lake. Pack a lounge chair and your favorite book and head to the beach. Relaxation awaits as lifeguards survey the swimming area. Wondering what to do for dinner- The Club house has a American cuisine menu and will appeal to everyone, reservations are requested, take out is available also- surrounding eatery menus available at the house.
