We had a really nice stay at this conveniently located property. As a couple with one of our older children along, there was sufficient room for us in this efficient 2-BR condo, and we were glad to be able to bring along our 7-mo lab since it was pet friendly. The unit was clean, well-equipped and we liked the in-unit laundry, wood/fireplace, and two bathrooms as convenience and comfort features. The first-floor entrance on the parking side was nice, and the balcony facing the mountains was up one level on the other side for safety and not having a ground-level feel at all. Best features: fantastic view over an open creek/pond basin to the foothills/ski slopes beyond, easy access to walking path behind unit and a 10-min enjoyable walk to River Run village with all of its shopping, restaurants, etc. or a 5-7 minute walk to the Peru lift base area. A few amenities were needed — lighter for fireplace, broken coffee maker— but management said they’d replace. Otherwise an enjoyable comfortable stay we would repeat from our home 2hours away.
