Located in the center of Chania city, just a few minutes of walking distance to the old Town and its Venetian Harbor, this totally renovated brand new stylish flat can comfortably accommodate 5 people. Our two-level flat can be a great base to explore the city of Chania, offering absolute comfort during your stay. Fully equipped with a large outdoor terrace. Fully air-conditioned, wifi, TV, washer and a brand new kitchen available.

A brand-new flat, elegantly designed in a minimal industrial two-level style with clean lines and open spaces, offering absolute comfort and a trouble-free stay for your holidays in the city of Chania.

We are located in the center of the city, just a few minutes of walking distance to the Venetian Harbor, Splantzia Square, the central bus station and all the major landmarks of the city.

Upon entering the flat, at the ground floor, there is a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen along with a complimentary WC with shower and the first bedroom. Large window panels offer plenty of sunlight in and a view to the outdoor area. From that level you also get easy and direct access to the outdoors.

By following a beautiful wooden staircase, you reach the top level of the accommodation, where you can find the second bedroom offering also a double bed, a large window with views at the outdoor space plus an extra single bed on the common space of the level. An extra shower/wc is also available on the top level for your convenience.

All windows are equipped with blinds for a restful sleep. Flat is fully air-conditioned and a ceiling fan is also installed on top of the living room space for people who prefer a more natural cooling effect.

This flat is specifically designed for maximum comfort, guaranteed to offer a trouble-free stay for your holidays in the beautiful city of Chania.

Super location - Nice roomy unit
We very much enjoyed our stay and were especially appreciative of location near Central Agora. Parking can be a bit challenging. Great A/C. Super clean. Wish the shower pans had more slope toward drain as water tended to go everywhere. This is only a challenge if you do not "shower on - shower off -soap -shower on/rinse". Having a back yard (air and space) to chill was awesome. A bonus in my book. Thank you for a great stay.

Comfortable but only 1 usable shower
The apartment is very clean and new. The beds are comfortable. There are 2 problems concerning odors in the downstairs bathroom and under the kitchen sink and especially the fact that the upstairs bathroom is small without a shower cabin so the whole bathroom is full of water if you use the shower.
