"Bayside Bayou" is a COMPLETELY-UPDATED 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom second and third-floor condo in the heart of Sandestin® Resort with everything you need to have a great time! The interior is professionally designed with all brand new (October 2020) coastal furnishings, drapes, and artwork. The ENTIRE condo was professionally designed and renovated in 2018, then updated again in Spring 2021. Gorgeous bay views are enjoyed from the sunroom year-round and guests are able to cart, walk, or bike to Baytowne Wharf, Sandestin® beach, and Grand Boulevard!

We will send you a link to our proprietary online guidebook after you book with us. This guidebook was 100% compiled by us, your hosts, and includes 15 main sections of information, 53 sub-sections of content, 45+ activity suggestions, and 50 dining recommendations. We compiled the information in our guidebook from our own experiences, recommendations from our prior guests, and input from Sandestin® locals. We get lots of great feedback on our proprietary guidebook - "Thank you, Courtney! Your guide book is amazing! You answered all of our questions plus more, so much useful information for our trip!" We are excited to share it with you!

"Bayside Bayou" is child-friendly and we do provide a booster seat and pack-n-play, but please bring your own sheet for the pack-n-play.

There is a queen sized bed in the huge master suite upstairs with a double-sink, private bathroom with an amazing walk-in tile shower. There is a brand new smart TV in the master bedroom.

The second master suite, on the main floor of the condo (second floor of the building) has a king bed with an outstanding view of Horseshoe Bayou! There is an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and another walk-in shower. You will feel very comfortable in the second master suite with a new smart TV.

The guest room has 2 extra-long twin beds that we're happy to convert to a King bed upon request! There is a full bathroom just around the corner with a tub/shower combo. Enjoy a new, smart TV in the privacy of the guest room.

The living room has plenty of furniture for kicking back and relaxing in comfort. The living room also has a smart TV - so remember to bring your Netflix/Amazon Prime/streaming credentials with you on your trip. The sunroom has even more seating with the incredible view of Horseshoe Bayou. There is more than enough room for everyone to relax at "Bayside Bayou!"

This privately-owned condo has a large kitchen with GE Cafe line stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped for the meals you want to cook in with great pots and pans. A Keurig coffee machine is in the refrigerator door, and the kitchen has tons of counter space.

"Bayside Bayou" is located centrally within the resort of Sandestin® and is on the bayside nestled amongst golf courses, the conference center, and Baytowne Wharf! "Boomin' Tuesdays," the weekly spring/summer fireworks at Baytowne Wharf, are clearly viewed from the sunroom. The beach is a mere 1 mile away (please bring your own beach towels), close enough to cart, walk, or bike over but far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle (and noise) of beach life. Walk out the front door and head in any direction towards fun and entertainment! All of the fun is within 1 mile of the front door!

The owners take great pride in providing the types of amenities that they, themselves, look for when traveling with their family and friends. You will find everything you need to cook, relax, and enjoy your vacation, including the golf cart, a full-sized washer and dryer in the unit, power stations for USB devices in the bedrooms, beach chairs, great paper products, a pack-n-play, and a booster seat for your use. Cleanliness is critical to a guest's experience and we employ the most highly-rated housekeepers in the area.

* This property gets regular pest treatment as part of the HOA.

* Surveillance Device Disclosure: We have a security doorbell that records video and audio of those entering the home. There are no devices inside of the home.

Amazing Property and Manager
We had an awesome time. The condo was very clean and updated. Courtney our property manager was great to work with and went out of her way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We have to also say THANK YOU!! to the cleaning team for finding my daughters Apple Watch after we had left and for giving it back to Courtney. Nice to know honest people are still out there. This resort has a lot to do for the whole family. We will definitely be back, couldn’t have asked for a better place to vacation.

Perfect place!
Great experience- easy and prompt communication with property manager. Super clean, loved the attention to detail with toiletries, kitchen necessities, and plenty of fluffy towels and washcloths. We really enjoyed having access to the golf cart as well! Would definitely recommend and will be staying here again!

We are a family of adventurers who enjoy nothing more than a vacation with comfortable amenities and lots of space! We are native Iowans who travel multiple times a year to expose our two young boys to different experiences, cultures, and cuisines.

In 2019, my neighbor in Sandestin® asked me if I'd be willing to manage her place. I laughed at first, then thought, "well, wait a minute..." 😁

So here I am, hosting others' guests as if they're my own. I manage 19 properties in all, two of which I personally own ("Linkside Luau" and "Pipers Perch"). I truly LOVE hosting - it "fills my cup" - so this was just a natural fit for me. Each of our properties, regardless of who owns them, is setup with the same amenities, features, and host services.

When I'm not talking with guests and getting their perfect Sandestin® vacations setup, I'm "momming" our wonderful boys in a home I share with my amazing husband! My world is a fluid one where everything flows together and keeps me busy and engaged, which is how I like it!

The view from "Bayside Bayou" is the reason this condo was chosen. The expansive windows and the tremendous view will take your breath away! Everything in the condo was remodeled in 2018 by the prior owner who planned to live there forever, so no expense was spared. High end appliances, custom bathrooms, a striking gas fireplace, and custom windows welcome you to the best 3-bedroom condo in Heron Walk!
