A lovely front porch welcomes you with plentiful seating around a gas fire pit, the perfect spot for sharing the day’s adventures. Plush furniture awaits in the living room with seating for all to convene for a movie on the large, built-in flat-screen TV. Gather around the extended dining table or at the breakfast bar for meals and snacks. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring in plenty of sunshine and filtered light, quietly encouraging the outdoors inside. The fully appointed kitchen, equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, affords plenty of counter and cabinet space and a Keurig coffee pot for your morning brew!

The first floor showcases a master bedroom with a king-size bed with an en suite bathroom and a full-size washer and dryer for added convenience. Two additional master suites, beautifully decorated, spacious, and with king-sized beds, await on the second floor. Extra seating, wall-mounted TV(s), en suite bathroom(s), and a private balcony are just a few of the features you’ll find here. Enjoy incredible views from the private balcony on the third floor, which also houses a custom-built bunk room accommodating four and a twin sofa trundle bed with an additional bathroom. You’ll also find a wet bar, mini-refrigerator, 75” flat-screen TV, Xbox One, and board games the kids will love!

Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited and guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.
