Located on the second floor without elevator, the apartment is through and includes:

## Emplacement
The 11th arrondissement of Paris extends from the places of the Bastille to the Nation and the Republic squares. Far from being uniform, it is homogeneous in the idea that it is a lively district, full of bars and restaurants, where there is much to experiment. The Bastille district is particularly lively, with numerous shopping districts, offices, colleges, hospitals as well as the Gare de Lyon which drains a continuous stream of travelers to the center.
