*Let yourself be tempted by this cozy apartment, perfect for couples (you'll never want to leave), where you will be able to have breakfast like a King, on your very own terrace with a magnificent view of the sea (it works also for lunch, dinner, cocktails and any snack or drink in-between).*

**As far as the amenities, things are looking pretty good:**

- A tasteful and stylish decoration, with upscale finishes so you will feel like a VIP during your whole stay.

- A beautiful living room, with a convertible sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table for 4 people, opening to the a terrace that seems resting on the seafront, like a postcard view of the beaches and the coastline.

- A semi-open kitchen with everything you will need to cook and serve wonderful meals, or just to make wonderful coffee in the must-have Nespresso coffee machine (what else?).

- A cozy bedroom with a comfy king size bed (180cm) and a communicating bathroom to complete the suite.

- Walk-in closet in the corridor.

- Separate toilets, but you'll probably be glad they are on their own.

All bed linen provided for each bed as well as 1 large and 1 small bath towel per person (sorry, the “adjust-to-person-size” option was not available). **Additional linen and towels available for a fee upon request.**
A map of the city and transportation with booklet of must-see places (and must-not).
A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, coffee, tea...).

**IMPORTANT: For your neighbors' comfort and your own, please no day or night parties are allowed. Pets are not allowed except small sizes and upon approval. Smokers are kindly invited to take their cigarette breaks OUTDOORS ONLY.**

**SOME GEOGRAPHY SO YOU KNOW WHERE YOU ARE:**

After just a few steps down your street, the famous Boulevard de la Croisette, you will have a choice of different activities, all within a few minutes walk (or more if you are walking on your hands):

Reach the Bijou Plage beach club to do some skinny dipping or sit at the dining terrace and savor the catch of the day.
Follow up later with a cocktail (or dinner) at the l’Ecrin bar/restaurant, for an enchanting break in a secluded atmosphere right on the beach.
End the evening with a dinner-and-a-show at the Medusa.

And if you want to walk a little further, within less than fifteen minutes you will be able to:

Go take selfies like the movie stars (don't worry, everyone does that) on the steps of the Palais des Congrès, or just go to work if you are here for a convention.
Board a train at the station for a ride along the Riviera coastline.
Use your imagination while discovering the streets in downtown Cannes, but only walking on the odd-numbered sides of the streets.


**And to make your life easier, we have a concierge service for whatever you may need!**
Ask us what you would like, especially if you need a driver, a bit of housekeeping, a luggage drop-off, a parking reservation, or maybe a baby crib or a high chair for the little ones traveling with you. We'll do our best to assist you during your stay.

**!! CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT INFORMATION!!**
Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (We could not find a way to clone our apartments.)
IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm and before midnight. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).
And since your satisfaction is our top priority, do not hesitate to contact us during your stay, we will be happy to help you (except after midnight, during our Netflix time, of course).
